This webpage is governed by German Law. Thus, the core laws for data protection and this privacy policy are the GDPR, the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG).

1. Processing of personal data

In principle, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The corresponding legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Access data / server log files / web analysis

Each time our website is accessed, the system of our provider IONOS automatically collects and stores data and information about the accessing computer in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected from website visitors, which is anonymized directly during collection:
Referrer (previously visited website), requested website or file, browser type and version, operating system used, device type used, time of access, IP address in anonymized form (only used to determine the location of access).

In addition, IONOS performs processing through WebAnalytics: The data is determined either by a pixel or by a log file. To protect personal data, WebAnalytics does not use cookies. The visitor’s IP is transmitted when a page request is sent, anonymized directly after transmission and processed without personal reference.

For what purpose is the data collected?
The data is collected for legitimate interest to ensure the security and stability of the offer.

How long is the visitor data stored?
The data is stored for 8 weeks.

Is visitor data passed on to third parties?
No, your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Is there a transfer of visitor data to third countries outside the EU?
No, a transfer to third countries does not take place.

We assure that our website does not use any other tools to analyze, monitor or track your personal behavior or the course of your visit to our site.

2. Use of cookies

 

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user’s computer when the web pages are accessed. On our web pages, we only use technically necessary cookies (for example, to enable language selection). No personal data is processed in our cookies. The cookies are automatically deleted when you end your visit to our website. Furthermore, we would like to point out that cookies are generally stored on your device and can thus also always be deleted by you. Also, by changing the settings in your Internet browser, the transmission of cookies can generally be disabled for all websites.

3. E-mail contact

III Data security

 

We use SSL encryption to provide the best possible protection for your transmitted data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser address line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you may transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

You have the right to know whether and, if so, how we process your personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing or to correct the data.
